Transform Your Financial Health
At Good Soil, we believe in transforming families and communities through conversation and education about their current financial health. We aim to cultivate economic wellness that establishes thriving legacies for future generations.
The Good Soil Promise
Origin
Good Soil was birthed from one of our founder's most challenging seasons of life. In January 2023, Dr. Tamara W. Dias sat in a coworking space completing daily tasks when she received a phone call that turned her life upside down. Her father had suffered from multiple strokes. While the following months would be challenging as she supported him in his journey to learn to eat, walk, and talk again, the circumstances were exasperated by an even bigger obstacle: finances.
During this season, Tamara learned her father never prepared for life beyond work and was reminded that she and her parents never had conversations about retirement. As she scrambled to support her father's recovery, Tamara also carried the exhausting weight of sorely needed but lacking financial resources. She longed for more preparatory financial conversations and knowledge and wished she had applied the professional financial advice she received over the years.
As a result, at Good Soil, we never want families to be surprised by their financial standing or economic circumstances. With support, everyone can prepare themselves for a financially-fit future. It begins with a conversation that leads to education, application, and changed lives.
